back at it...

So I'm back at it....life may have possibly slowed down a bit...so I can hope, right? Just got home from a long holiday vacation! By just got home, I mean rolled in the driveway at 2am and it is now 5:53 and I am wide awake! Those 5 hr energy shots last wayyyyyyyy longer than 5 hrs! Especially when you don't drink caffeine! Blah! Anyways, since I last shared, so much has happened! Not sure where to begin...so I'm just going to focus on one thing. Myself. Perhaps it is selfish, but I am in the process of being the best "me" possible. How am I doing this you ask? I have slowly learned, researched, and executed possible strAtegies for such a goal. It has been one the hardest and most rewarding things I have attempted! It sounds silly I know, but it is challenging to "do better" when sometimes all you want to do is "get by." Do better-- 1. Smile. It not only boosts your mood instAntly, but It's also contagious. 2. Like what you see, if not, change it. 3. Go above and beyond, even for those who may not return the favor. 4. Be selfish once in a while, put your needs first. 5. Take a mental health day before you burn out. By simply doing better in some way or another, there is no doubt in my mind that you will feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness. --no one is youer than you.
