Lately life has been hectic! I am guilty of not being fully present in the moment. I've just been the 'okay' mom, and today, that's alright!

Ashly Kay: My blog has been simply an update of my life while I was away from home. While I was away, my life unexpectedly took a turn for the worst, or so I thought. My blog is my way of coping with, accepting, changing, and moving on with my life after a series of unfortunate/fortunate events. I'm absolutely anything and everything but normal. I find simple joy in just about anything. I appreciate everything I have been given in life. My baby B is my world. Being a single mother is NOT an easy job, but I wouldn't trade it for the world! I am emotional more than most, but I believe that simply makes me human.
